Program and is competing full-time in the NASCAR Busch Series.
Driving the No. 38 Great Clips Dodge for Akins Motorsports, he
will seek to earn Rookie of the Year honors.

- In third season of the IRL IndyCar Series, he posted two
top-10 finishes and finished 20th in the standings. Jeff Bucknum
subbed for him at two road courses Infineon and Watkins Glen so
Foyt didn't earn points for those two events. He debuted in the
NASCAR Busch Series driving for Akins Motorsports in the fin al
four events. His best performance came at Miami where he
qualified 11th and finished 24th.
