Terry Foyt Opens Second Foyt Realty Office

MONTGOMERY, TX (July 24, 2007)—Terry Foyt, daughter of A.J. Foyt, opened her second Foyt Realty office last month in Montgomery about 45 miles north of Houston. She hosted an open house Tuesday, July 24th with her father on hand to sign autographs for prospective buyers and real estate agents. Over 300 people attended the afternoon festivities at the property located here on Highway 105 West.

Foyt has been a real estate agent since 1999, initially working under broker Keller-Williams until she obtained her own broker’s license a year ago. She has been in the top 5% since getting her license and now Foyt Realty is number 5 in the ranking in Central and East Montgomery County. A.J. Foyt’s only daughter has won numerous regional awards as well as many volume awards.

Foyt’s first office, opened three years ago while working under the K-W brokerage, is located in Conroe on Highway 105 East. Her daughter, Christy Sturgeon, runs that office while Foyt manages the new location.

Foyt Realty handles it all: commercial, residential (including lakefront), farms and ranches and acreage, including a listing for her dad near his Hockley ranch.
